Privacy policy
BugBoard is built by a small team in Greece. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service and we never sell it. This page tells you exactly what we hold and why.
What we collect
Account essentials (email, name, organization), the issues and comments you create, and standard telemetry (IP, browser, page views). Anything you delete, we delete from our active stores within 30 days.
Where data lives
BugBoard runs on our own servers within the European Union. The live application and database are hosted in Germany (Contabo), and backups and supporting services run in France and Austria (OVH). Your data is processed and stored only in the EU — we do not use US data centers.
AI processing
If you use the AI features in BugBoard, the text and code you choose to send are forwarded to our AI model provider only to generate a response for you. That content is not used to train models, and we do not retain it after the request completes.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can export your data anytime from your account settings. To correct your information or delete your account, email us at info@bugboard.ai . We action every request within 30 days, in line with the GDPR.
Cookies
Strict-necessary only (auth session, theme preference). No analytics cookies. We do count page views server-side, but not by user.
Who runs BugBoard
BugBoard is operated by WEB33 Ε.Ε. (WEB33 L.P.), the data controller for personal data processed through the service. Full company and registration details are on our legal notice.
