Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BugBoard. Please read them carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and WEB33, the company that operates BugBoard.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using BugBoard you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use BugBoard on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

The service

BugBoard is a hosted issue and project tracking platform with optional AI features. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at info@bugboard.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not use BugBoard to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your content

You keep ownership of the issues, comments, files and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content so we can operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

AI features

When you use AI features, relevant text and code you provide are sent to our model providers solely to generate a response for you. This content is not used to train their models. AI output can be inaccurate, so review it before relying on it.

Third-party services

BugBoard can connect to third-party services such as GitHub. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability

We work hard to keep BugBoard available and to back up your data, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause occasional downtime.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BugBoard is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using BugBoard and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required by law. After termination we delete or anonymize your data in line with our privacy policy.

Consumer rights

If you use BugBoard as a consumer in the European Union, you keep all mandatory rights granted to you under EU and Greek consumer protection law, and nothing in these terms reduces those rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice, and your continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
